Counties Anniversary Meet

Well done to everyone who attended the two meets at the weekend. An endurance for all of us.

Firstly, thank you to LC for coaching the swimmers on Saturday and Sunday. Always smiling, always encouraging. Thank you also to our IOTs and timekeepers, the days were long and hot. We couldn’t do it without you. Lastly, thank you to all the parents and swimmers who attended all day yesterday to support the team, it was much appreciated.

Congratulations to Michael Migounoff, Nikki Lehrle, Erica Crosby and Christel van den Berg who passed their timekeeping tests.
We had some fabulous swims, particularly from our new team members who were tackling a long course pool for the first time.
Congratulations to Sophie who broke race records in the 11 year girls 50 fly and 50 back and also to Libby who broke the 15 and over race records in the 100 breast, 100 free and 50 back.
