FAST is back in 2020!!!

Hi team!

.

Welcome back to the fold for the back end of the 2020 calendar year of swimming!  LC and our assistant coaches have our squads back up to speed with trainings, with a number of meets coming up over the next month or so.  With COVID-19 hopefully behind us (for good) the team are looking forward to dipping their toes back into competitive swimming once again.

.

At the Annual General Meeting held in mid-June, there were a number of changes made to the makeup of the FAST Committee.  The 2020/21 FAST Committee and their roles are as follows -

.

Anthony Chaney (Chair)

Pam Bowskill (Recorder)

Jo Batters (Treasurer)

Mandy Clark (Secretary)

Nicollette Stewart (Fundraising)

Debbie Montgomery (Social)

.

We would like to take the time once again to acknowledge our departing Committee Members - Debra Hawley, Sara Murphy and Cathy Fletcher and the wish them and their families all the best with their future ventures.

.

Next week we've got the FAST Trophy presentations for the 2019/20 season as well as a bit of a celebration (and pizza) before we hit our holiday intensive programme which will be kicking off from the first week of July.  We look forward to seeing you all there!

.

As it's the end of the Swimming NZ swimming year, please be aware that you will need to have your subscriptions updated if you are to compete either as a 'Club Swimmer' or 'Competitive Swimmer'.  For more details or enquiries of what is required please check in with Pam Bowskill (recorderforfast@gmail.com) or with Mandy Clark (enquirefast@gmail.com).

.

Thanks team, i'm really excited about what's to come this year for FAST and look forward with sharing the journey with all of you.  Take care and see you all poolside!
